Weekend Pilates Retreat in Suffolk: 20-22 March 2020 - CANCELLED

An immersive weekend of Pilates, including flowing, classical and dynamic sessions, guided relaxations and country walks in lovingly restored Grade II listed farm buildings in Suffolk



The weekend will include:


  • Evening and daytime Pilates sessions with the opportunity to break down some of the more challenging exercises. There will be modifications for different levels.

  • Evening Guided Relaxation Sessions

  • 2 night's accommodation in lovingly restored Grade II listed farm buildings

  • All food and drink


Additional extras available over the weekend:


  • Massages by experienced therapeutic and sports massage therapist Gill Hopkins

  • Facials by experienced therapist Fiona Patrick

  • Private Pilates sessions with Sonia Noy


What's not included:

  • ​Travel to and from Potash Barns. Please see travel information below.

  • Please arrange travel insurance as you would for any holiday.

​Accommodation & Food


Accommodation is based on double occupancy in twin rooms. Some can be doubles on request. Bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms.


There is an option for one triple room and also for single occupancy at a different rate. Please contact Sonia directly on info@sonianoypilates.com to arrange.


There is plenty of communal space with several lounges, kitchens and a games room.


All meals and drinks will be provided throughout the weekend including afternoon tea and snacks. All meal are vegetarian. If you have any allergies or special requirements please do let me know at least 10 weeks before the retreat so these can be accommodated.

Location & Getting There


Potash Barns is located in Brundish, a secluded spot near Framlingham, amidst the quiet beauty of rural mid Suffolk and surrounded by beautiful gardens and fields. There will be time to explore the area – there are some lovely walks around Potash Barns and the coast is only 12 miles away.


Potash Barns is easily reached by train from London Liverpool street (90min to Diss + a 30 minute taxi ride to Brundish). Please let me know if you intend to drive and are happy to offer a lift. There are plenty of parking spaces available.


Arrival from 4pm on Friday. Departures by 4pm on Sunday.
