Venue Information
Pilates Group Matwork, Mum with Baby and Sonia's Barre Blast classes are located at Woodford Bowling Club, just a two minute walk away from Woodford tube station on the Central line. Woodford Bowling Club is on Kings Avenue, just after the parade of shops. It is located behind the long row of fences. There is pay and display parking directly outside and free parking further up Kings Avenue (except between 2:00 - 3:00pm).
Pre and Post Natal and Beginners classes are held at All Saints' Church, Inmans Row, Woodford Green. There is parking in the church and there is pay and disply parking on Inmans Row (free after 6:30pm).
