What is pilates?

Pilates is a total body conditioning method of exercise for everyone, whatever your fitness, body shape or age. It helps you build core strength, increase flexibility and improve posture, coordination and balance.

About Me

Formerly a classically trained dancer, I started teaching pilates in 2005. I trained with Alan Herdman at Britain's first ever pilates studio, as well as with STOTT and Ten Pilates.


I have specialist training in classical and dynamic matwork, reformer pilates, pre and post natal pilates, Total Barre and lots more.


In my group classes and private sessions, I use a blend of classical and dynamic pilates, giving you a highly effective full-body workout in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
