A beautifully curated weekend of Pilates, breathwork and deep rest in the Norfolk countryside. Thoughtful movement, nourishing food and time to truly unwind — with only 4 spaces remaining.

I’m so happy to invite you to my nurturing Pilates retreat in the Norfolk countryside. It is a carefully curated weekend created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and feel truly rested. Set within a peaceful private estate, this retreat blends restorative Pilates, breathwork and guided relaxation with nourishing food, nature and spacious downtime, giving you the chance to step away from everyday life and focus fully on yourself.

Across the weekend, I’ll guide you through Pilates sessions that strengthen, mobilise and restore, drawing on my 20 years of teaching experience and a blend of classical and dynamic Pilates. Classes are thoughtfully paced and fully adaptable, making the retreat suitable for all levels. Alongside movement, guided relaxation and breathwork sessions will support deep rest, helping you unwind both physically and mentally.

Between sessions, the time is yours. Swim in the outdoor heated pool, wild swim in the lake, row or paddle board, wander through the gardens and countryside, or simply relax with a book and a cup of tea. Optional massages are available for those who would like an extra layer of care and indulgence.

All meals are included and are a key part of the retreat experience. You’ll enjoy delicious, nourishing food made with seasonal, biodynamic produce grown on site, complemented by the best local Norfolk ingredients, food that is both grounding and uplifting.

You’re very welcome to come on your own, with a friend or friends, or with a partner. Many people attend solo, others come together — everyone is welcome. The retreat is intentionally warm, friendly and inclusive, with shared moments alongside plenty of space for quiet time. Whether you arrive alone or with someone you know, you’ll feel comfortable, supported and at ease from the moment you arrive.

Accommodation is available in a range of beautiful rooms, with prices from £610–£695, depending on room type. Arrival is from 4pm on Friday, with departure after lunch on Sunday.

This is a small, boutique retreat experience, and only 4 spaces remain.

This weekend is about giving yourself permission to rest — to move with intention, breathe deeply, eat well and return home feeling restored, grounded and reconnected.
