Welcome to Sonia Noy Pilates. I offer group matwork pilates classes in Woodford Green, corporate classes in and around London, and private matwork and reformer sessions at my home studio in Woodford and across London.
Online Pilates
Let's keep moving...
In light of the Government guidelines, I have taken some our classes out of the studio and online.
I am mindful that we all need to keep moving and maintain some routine, so rest assured classes will continue remotely as well as face to face so everyone can participate.
A variety of classes are running regularly online using Zoom, alongside in person classes.
What I Offer
Group Pilates Classes
Group matwork pilates classes for all levels, including pre and post natal, at two venues in Woodford Green.
Private Pilates Sessions
Private one-to-one and small group pilates sessions. These can be held at my studio, from your home or online.
Corporate Pilates Sessions
I can come to your place of work and deliver a group or private pilates session. These sessions can also be held online.
Retreats & Workshops
My next retreat is 23 - 25 April 2021. An immersive weekend of pilates, guided relaxation and country walks, set in the South Downs National Park.
Sonia is an inspirational teacher with excellent powers of observation. She is constantly updating her knowledge. Her enthusiasm is infectious and you always learn something new in her classes. Everyone is valued and there is a great sense of community among participants.
