NEW EVENING BEGINNERS PILATES CLASS
Starting Thursday 7th November at 8pm
I'm delighted to announce Danai will be teaching a new Evening Beginners Pilates Class from Thursday 7th November. The class will run for 5 weeks and can be booked as individual weeks or the whole block. The class will be held at All Saints Church, Inmans Row, Woodford Green IG8 ONH.
FOAM ROLLER CHALLENGE AND RELEASE WORKSHOP
Saturday 23 November, 9.30-11.00am, £20
Come and join me for an energising Foam Roller workshop. We will use the roller’s unstable nature to challenge strength and balance with added intensity and variety. In the last part of the workshop we will use the Foam Roller to release muscle tension and increase flexibility.
