I started teaching pilates over 14 years ago. I am a certified instructor with STOTT and Ten Pilates and classically trained dancer with specialist training in classical and dynamic matwork and reformer pilates, pre and post natal Pilates and Total Barre.
I fell in love with Pilates many years ago when I went to Alan Herdman's classes at Britain's first ever Pilates studio. I came back to Pilates as an adult to study under him and also in the STOTT and Ten Pilates methods. I continue to be astounded by the benefits to everyone from athletes to rehabilitation patients. Pilates brings strength, control and new-found balance to your body.
